Return and Refund Policy

 

Duration: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.

Return Process: A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: May be granted in cases where:

  • Items are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to non-company error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts:

  • If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.
  • If not, the refund goes to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns:

  • Return your product to the address above.
  • You cover the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items, consider trackable shipping or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
